Big leading edge, stiff centre strut, low aspect — it makes power early, holds it steady through a gust, and forgives a fair amount of bad technique. It was never the quickest wing on the water and it was never pretending to be.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThree handles on the leading edge, one fore-and-aft and two on the diagonal, plus four along the strut. The diagonals let you shift the pivot point between your hands instead of wrestling the whole wing into position. There’s a de-power handle at the nose, windows in the canopy, and scuff guards on the tips for the days you end up on the shingle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 5m is the light-wind one. More grunt low down, slower through a transition, and the size that turns a marginal forecast into a session — call it 13–19 knots for an 80kg rider, and lower on a bigger front wing. If you’re heavier or you ride a small foil, this is arguably the size to have rather than the 4m.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCondition\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGood.
