The original eFoil. Still the one to beat.
Lift built the first production eFoil and has spent five generations refining it. Quiet, direct-drive electric flight that sets up in seconds. We stock and ride the full range at Woolacombe and Menai.
Who are Lift Foils?
Lift Foils invented the eFoil. Based in Puerto Rico, they built the first production electric hydrofoil and have refined the same idea across five generations rather than chasing gimmicks. The result is gear that riders and dealers trust — quiet, reliable, and serviceable.
The current line-up runs from the LIFT5 — the flagship direct-drive eFoil in three board sizes — to the LIFTX, the first true hybrid that flies under power and surfs with the motor off. Behind both sits the widest wing range in the category and the tool-free Lift Connect System.

LIFT5
The fifth-generation eFoil. A direct-drive motor with no gearbox — smoother, quieter, less to go wrong. Gen5 Full Range battery for around 90 minutes, and three board sizes (4'4", 4'9", 5'4") across the Sport and Cruiser outlines so it fits how you ride, not the other way round.

LIFTX
The first true hybrid. Under power it's an eFoil; release the throttle and the propeller folds flat, the drag disappears, and you carry on riding the swell like a normal foil. A lighter 0.9 kWh compact battery — around 45 minutes, 80% in half an hour. One board, powered and unpowered.

Foils & Spares
One of the widest wing ranges in eFoiling — Camber Pro 210 and 270, the Havoc collection from 92 to 148, and the Florence wings shaped with John John Florence. Plus the Elite hand controller, Gen5 batteries and chargers. All of it swaps tool-free on the Lift Connect System.

Lift built the first production eFoil and has been refining the same idea ever since. The LIFT5 isn't a reinvention — it's the fifth pass at getting one thing right: quiet, reliable electric flight that sets up in seconds and holds up to real use.
Here's what actually separates it from the copies.
"The quiet is the thing people don't expect. No engine note, no fuss — just the sound of the water going past."
Slack Tide — on the LIFT5 direct-driveFly a Lift before you buy one.
An eFoil is a big first purchase, and the only way to know if it's for you is to stand on one. So come and stand on one.
We're an authorised Lift dealer and we ride them ourselves — at Woolacombe in North Devon and on the Menai Strait in North Wales. Book a session and we'll get you flying on a LIFT5, talk you through board and wing choice, and set you up properly if you decide to buy.
No showroom pitch. Foilers who happen to sell gear — the difference shows up in the water.
A long, forgiving sand-bottomed bay — flat inside water at the right tide makes it an ideal place to learn what flight feels like.
Sheltered and tidal — where an eFoil earns its keep on the days there's no wind and no swell to work with.
