The Ozone Flow V2 — the perfect all-rounder with a bias towards wave riding, now with a boom. Standard fabrics keep the price-to-performance value in check whilst still benefitting from all the tech and design developments from the high-performance Flux and Fusion. The Flow is the right wing for most wingers in the UK — easy to gybe and tack, flags perfectly on bumps.

Performance Highlights:
New Ozone Boom System:
The Flow V2 features a new carbon boom with injection-moulded components engineered for zero play, delivering a rigid, highly responsive connection to the wing for precise control under load. A rock-solid, stitched-in base plate replaces the slot handle system, eliminating movement for instant feedback. Features a new textured EVA grip and integrated moulded EVA bumper to protect your board and allow a natural pistol grip position.
Boom sizes by wing size:
- 2.4m & 3.0m — Small boom
- 3.6m & 4.3m — Medium boom
- 5.0m & 5.7m — Large boom
Unbeatable Stability:
Re-tuned sail tension (tight front / soft trailing edge) and positive lift profile make it the easiest wing in the range for tacks, gybes and flagging out on waves.
Hybrid Material Durability:
Using a mix of Teijin 5×5 and 3×3 Ripstop canopy material ensures the wing maintains its performance shape for longer.
- Teijin 5×5 Ripstop: majority of canopy — incredible strength, minimises diagonal stretch
- Teijin 3×3 Ripstop: front panels — fine-tunes flex and load distribution under most pressure
New Performance Profile:
Redesigned for better low-end (easier pumping) and more top-end comfort (less arm fatigue in gusts).
Size-Specific Tip Tuning:
- Small (≤3.6m): Thinner tips to breathe and dump excess pressure in high winds
- Large (≥4.3m): Thicker tips to stabilise the canopy and sharpen handling in flight
Anti-Flap Technology:
Features 4–6 reinforced batten pockets (size dependent) and a stiffer leading edge handle for quiet, controlled drifting. Improved repositioned windows offer a wider field of view for better spatial awareness.

Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed in a timely manner. Most orders will be dispatched on the next working day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and a further notification once it has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over £100 to UK mainland addresses.
Orders under £100 will be charged at the standard shipping rate, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. If you are outside of this area and would like to place an order, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. We will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
During busy periods, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it.
Damaged or Lost Orders
We take care to pack all orders securely, but if your delivery arrives damaged, please sign for it as damaged at the point of delivery. We can only accept claims for damage in transit if the delivery has been signed for as damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Merchandise
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund or exchange. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please do not apply labels or forms directly to the product packaging.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit.
Lessons
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your lesson: full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before your lesson: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your lesson: no refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
If we cancel your lesson due to unsafe weather, unsuitable sea conditions, or equipment failure, you will be offered a full reschedule at no extra cost or a complete refund.
